1. What is VIVIDTVNOW?

VIVIDTVNOW is an adult video streaming service available on PC/Mac, mobile and tablet devices. The service is available to participating TV Provider customers who subscriber to VIVIDTVNOW.

2. How do I download movies to my computer?

VIVIDTVNOW doesn't offer downloads.

3. How do I stream the movies on the site?

Login to VIVIDTVNOW and select any video. You will need a modern browser that supports a native HTML 5 player, or the most recent version of Adobe Flash Player installed. VIVIDTVNOW recommends using the following browsers: Mozilla Firefox 10+, Safari 5.0+, Internet Explorer 9+, and Google Chrome. To launch the VIVIDTVNOW app on your mobile device, the following operating systems are required: IOS 4.0+ and Android 2.3 or higher (not all devices are supported). It's important to make sure that you are running the most up-to-date browser/operating system available.

4. How do I set up my Parental PIN?

The first time you log in through your TV Provider account, you will be prompted to create a 4-digit Parental PIN, enter an email address as well as select and answer three security questions. When these steps are complete, you are granted access to the site. You will be notified via email that the PIN setup was successful. Parental PIN setup is optional. You can enable or disable the Parental PIN feature at any time from within 'Account Settings'.

5. How do I change my Parental PIN?

Once logged in to VIVIDTVNOW, you can click on the 'Account Settings' option in the main navigation menu. From there, you can follow the steps to edit your Parental PIN. You will be notified via email that the change has been made.

6. I forgot my PIN, now what?

From the PIN screen, click on "Forgot PIN?". You will be presented with your security questions. Once your questions have been answered you will be able to create a new PIN. You will be notified via email that the change has been made.

7. How do I update my email or security questions?

Once logged in to VIVIDTVNOW, you can click on the 'Account Settings' option in the main navigation menu. From there, you can follow the steps to edit your email or security questions. A confirmation email will be sent to both email addresses.

8. What is my email used for?

Your email is only used to send notifications when changes have been made to your settings.

9. My video streaming quality is poor, how do I fix this?

Check to see if you are using the most up-to-date browser/operating system and a high-speed internet connection. If you have met both requirements, try logging into VIVIDTVNOW using a different browser and clearing the browser's cookies and cache.

10. How do I change the email address or password associated with my TV Provider account?

VIVIDTVNOW settings are separate from your TV Provider account. VIVIDTVNOW does not have access to your TV Provider account information. The email and password associated with your TV Provider account are only used for accessing the VIVIDTVNOW site. Your VIVIDTVNOW settings can be modified anytime by clicking the 'Account Settings' option located in the upper right area of the main navigation bar.

11. Why can't I login to VIVIDTVNOW?

You must be an active subscriber to VIVIDTVNOW available through your participating TV Providers. You must enter your user name and password exactly as you registered it on your TV Provider account. If you find that you are using the correct login and continue to have issues, please clear your browser's COOKIES & CACHE and RESTART your browser.

If you are having trouble logging in using Internet Explorer (IE) please go up to 'Tools' in the IE toolbar, scroll down to 'Internet Options' and click on the 'Security' tab. Click "Reset all zones to default level" then click "Apply". You will need to re-start IE in order for the changes to take place. Try logging in again once you have completed this process.

12. I have forgotten my TV Provider user name/password. How do I retrieve it?

You will need to contact your TV Provider and follow their instructions for recovering your login information. VIVIDTVNOW does not have access to this information.

13. How do I know if my connections speed is strong enough to support VIVIDTVNOW?

An Internet connection of 1.5Mbps or greater is required to launch the VIVIDTVNOW app. Check your speed here: http://www.speedtest.net
